If you are unhappy with the product you received please email within 24 hrs of receipt stating the issue along with photos of the problem. You will need to return the item unused and in the original packaging to MX Kitman, 3 Haywharf road, Pensnett, DY5 4PG. No refunds will be issued until the item is returned and inspected.
